Back-to-Base Warranty Terms & Conditions1. Warranty CoverageThis warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for SEE BELOW WARRANTY PERIOD from the date of purchase. It applies to dash cameras and GPS based trackers purchased from one of our offiical re-sellers2. Warranty Claims Process- If a defect arises, the customer must return the product to the re-seller at their own expense.- The product will be inspected, and if found defective under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.- If the product is deemed irreparable, a replacement unit of equal or similar value will be provided.3. ExclusionsThis warranty does not cover:- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect (e.g., water damage, physical impact, tampering).- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.- Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery and or SD degradation ).- Damage due to improper installation or use outside manufacturer guidelines.
- SD micro card requires formating and or re-placing at 12 month intervals at Customer Expense.4. Warranty Period- Dash Cameras: 18 months for non commercial Vehicles / Usage use and 12 months for Commercial Vehicles / Usage- GPS Trackers - Including Solar and Magnetic Portables: 24 months Regardless of Vehicle type / Usage - Accessories (e.g., mounts, cables, batteries) 12 Months regardless of Vehicle Usage 5. How to Claim- Contact Re-seller that sold the Product to you
